The U.S. Treasury Department and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) has released guidance clarifying the tax treatment of expenses where a Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loan has not been forgiven by the end of the year the loan was received.

Mitigating financial risk: temporary COVID-19 terms

We recognize the financial risk and economic uncertainty practices are experiencing all across the country. AmerisourceBergen has been actively working with manufacturers, addressing the critical temporary needs we are hearing from the physician class of trade regarding extending dating. We’ve collected a list of manufacturers extending product invoice terms and have included helpful information about where the adjustment back to standard terms could create temporary cautionary period for cash flow.
