Staying DSCSA compliant
The Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA) requires the tracing of pharmaceutical products across supply chains. Dispensers such as pharmacies, hospitals and dealers need transaction information, transaction history and transaction statements for each of their products to comply. If you’re an individual practitioner, you are exempt from these requirements. Only physician clinics with in-office dispensing pharmacies must comply with these transactional data requirements. Further, those regulations only impact the related pharmacy, not the practice side of the business.
In ABC Order, we make it simple to access the reports you need to keep your practice in step with the Drug Supply Chain Security Act and its traceability requirements.
